Dr. Marisa Pancheri is the founder and chiropractor of Pancheri Chiropractic in Ross Township located in the North Hills section of Pittsburgh, PA. She grew up in the Pocono Mountains of Northeastern PA and decided early on that she wanted to become a chiropractor. She obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Marywood University in Scranton, PA in 2002. Dr. Pancheri continued her education and graduated from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) in Seneca Falls, NY in 2004 as a Doctor of Chiropractic. She moved to Pittsburgh, PA in September 2011 to be near family after gaining experience as an associate chiropractor in Philadelphia, PA for six years.
During her time at NYCC, Dr. Pancheri received several recognitions/awards and participated in extracurricular activities. She was a member of the Student American Chiropractic Association for the duration of her time at NYCC and was elected as vice president for one term. She actively participated in the National Chiropractic Legislative Conference to lobby for chiropractic and health care in Washington D.C. Other groups and organizations that Dr. Pancheri participated in were: New York Chiropractic Council; New York State Chiropractic Association; Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association; OASIS (Organization Assisting Students in School); Sport Science and Human Performance Club; and Family Practice Club.
She remains an Activator Methods Advanced Proficiency Rated doctor and continues to attend seminars annually in order to keep current with information. Other continuing education seminars include, but are not limited to: Applied Kinesiology; Herbal Remedies; Pediatrics; Strength and Conditioning; and Trigenics TM.
Dr. Pancheri enjoys working out, reading, crocheting, attending sporting events, and spending time with her family and friends.
